As a soloist, Vivian was awarded numerous prizes in US and China and has already successfully held plenty of concerts worldwide, such as in Shanghai, Ningbo, Cixi, Shaoxing, Urumchi, Naples, Boston, Arcata, New York, etc. Vivian began her teaching career five years ago and, in 2018, was invited as an instructor of the "The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road" Art and Culture Talents Training Project sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and undertaken by Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
