Tzuan has consistently earned top prizes throughout her musical training. She was selected to study with renowned pianists including Stanislav Ioudenitch, Konstantin Scherbakov, Mikhail Voskresensky, and Josu de Solaun Soto. At the age of 13, she won Second Prize in Taiwan's National Student Music Competition. As a freshman, she received Third Prize in her university’s Concerto Competition and was chosen as a studio representative, performing in numerous concerts.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Tzuan moved to Boston, where she won First Prize in the Churchill Competition during her first year at the Boston Conservatory, earning a full scholarship for her master’s degree. She studied under Michael Lewin and was later named a finalist in the Conservatory’s Concerto Competition. An active performer both on and off campus, she has participated in festivals such as the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival, the Gijón International Piano Festival, and the Ian Hobson International Piano Festival. In 2026, she was selected as a WIYAMS Artist and participated in the Washington International Young Artist Music Series for the 2026-2027 season.
Tzuan has been teaching piano students of different levels in the USA and Taiwan, and is currently serving as a teaching assistant for Professor Boaz Sharon at Boston University.
