Mr. Daniel Neyman attained his Bachelor of Music degree at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and received his Master of Music from Yale University School of Music. He has studied with famous musicians like Prof. Melvin Chen, Prof. Boris Berman, and Prof. Pavel Nersessian. Daniel has performed in many countries, such as France, Germany, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Turkey, Spain, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Canada, U.S.A, and Portugal. Since 2008, he has been performing in Live Broadcast recitals at the Israeli Voice of Music Radio. Daniel was awarded the First Prize at the Excellence of Piano Performing International Competition, which enabled him to perform at Carnegie Hall. Daniel also won first prizes at the “Voice of Music Competition,” the Puigcerdà International Piano Competition in Spain, the Pompignan International Piano Competition in France, and the Liszt International Piano Competition Eilat. He plays with leading symphony orchestras and recently performed with the Yale Philharmonic Orchestra. Daniel has been teaching piano since 2010 in various institutions, including Yale University, Jerusalem Academy of Music, and Boston University, in addition to teaching private lessons. He is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM).
Daniel has extensive experience preparing piano students for ABRSM and RCM exams. His students successfully passed grades 1-8 of ABRSM and levels 1-10 of RCM exams and won top prizes in national and international piano competitions.
In 2024, Daniel received the Special Reward as an Exceptional Educator from the Pica Schubert International Music and Art Competition.
