If you are just curious about the inner workings of a piano or want to use this knowledge to become a better pianist, don't miss the SMA field trip to  Steinert & Sons. You will have a chance to take a look at, try out, and discover the true differences between acoustic and digital pianos, grand and upright pianos, how design, materials, and craftsmanship work in concert to influence the touch and tone of your piano. And be enchanted and awed by a magic of Spirio. It is an educational, fun and a very entertaining event. You don't need to be a piano student to enjoy this field trip. This event is free, but space is limited, so please don't wait to sign-up.
